Far off from your daily routine this is the place where you can spend your relaxing holiday, enjoy the amenities of our villa, and relish the great Florida sunshine! The Palmtiki-Residence has been completely renovated and furnished in 2009 to offer you a maximum of comfort and luxury. The house has been repainted on the in- and outside, all bedroom carpets have been exchanged and every piece of furniture is brand-new – which of course includes all the kitchen appliances ! The pool and patio area has been upgraded with an electrical pool heater, new patio furniture, gas grill, hammock and a tropical Tiki-Bar where you can enjoy your drinks at the poolside. For our guests this guarantees the best comfort and functionality available, and no cost or effort was too great for us to make your next holiday a memorable experience. Enjoy the extravagant style of our vacation home which is enhanced with tropical decoration to give you the typical Florida feeling right from the beginning of your stay. Whenever you have questions or need assistance, an english speaking house management is available at any time. On a total of 3400 sqf you will find 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, 2 bathrooms, an open living- und dining area, a kitchen including a comfortable breakfast bar, a large lanai facing south with a heated pool and tropical tiki-bar, a large twin garage and a utility room with washer and dryer. In addition to that we would like to invite you to enjoy the sunshine relaxing in our hammock in the garden or on the boat-dock - of course with a nice view over the canal!  Our tropical holiday home is located in the center of Cape Coral, not far from Santa Barbara Blvd. and Veterans Pkwy. You can reach various shopping malls, the US-41 in Ft. Myers and the interstate I-75 in almost no time. The gorgeous waterside location in a quiet side street is your guarantee for a relaxing stay, without being "off the beaten track". In addition to that, due to its central location within the Sunshine State Cape Coral is a good starting point for day trips. Take the car to the Everglades or the Boat to Key West in the morning, and you could be home again in the evening. Here are some of the best Florida attractions: Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Shell Factory and Nature Park, Babcock Wilderness Adventures, Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens, Imaginarium Ft. Myers, Sun Splash Waterpark, Everglades National Park, Tanger Shopping Outlets, Sawgrass Mills Mall, SeaWorld, Disney World, Universal Studios, Kennedy NASA Space Center, Key West, Miami Metro Zoo. 
From our own experience we know that the pool and patio are two of the most important places during your Florida vacation. Whether you prefer a relaxing sun bath or a refreshing stay in the pool – most of the time will be spent outside in the sun. Our guests, especially the kids, enjoy the various possibilities which the Palmtiki-Residence has to offer. The modern grill turns the typical barbecue into a feast, and the cool drinks taste twice as good if they are prepared at our tropical Tiki-Bar. Due to the garden and patio facing south with a nice view on the canal you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. The water in the pool will be heated electrically if needed, providing a convenient temperature even on colder days.
 Enjoy your snacks or meals on the lanai – a large dining table with enough room for six people is just waiting to be set. For all sunbather we offer 4 comfortable chaise lounges and a large hammock which can be used in the garden, on the boat-dock or at the pool. As you can see, we thought of everything to make the most out of your stay. Now it´s up to you to make your tropical dream come true !
Arrival and departure dates can be individually adjusted with us, the minimum term of lease is one week in the low-season, and two weeks in high-season. The Palmtiki-Residence is ready for your arrival at 4pm on the first day, and you are kindly asked to check out until 11am on the day of departure.  Ft. Myers international Airport is nearby, the drive to the house takes only 20 minutes. After your landing you can pick up a rental car at the airport, all major rental companies are located directly at the arrival terminal.
Various airlines are flying to Ft. Myers, so you can choose your favourite carrier. You should try to find a non-stop flight without a stop-over, so that your trip will not take longer then neccessary. Find out more about the Residence : Palmtiki-Residence Cape Coral Website
